I have this maslin pan and love it. I particularly like the measurements on the inside of the pan. It helps with gauging how many jars you will need. This pot holds a full canner's worth of food, easily 18 x 500ml jars. I use it for both jams and stews and curries, etc. The pan is steel and has a thick base, perfect for jam and chutney making. The metal funnel comes in very handy, and the wooden spoon is perfect for all your cooking, although I highly recommend having two, one for foods sweet and one savoury. The jars and labels come in handy too.
