I LOVE this book! Lots of full recipes for meats veg and meals, exactly as it says on the cover. A big batch book, most recipes yield between 10 and 15 x 500ml jars. Clearly explained in an easy format, as well as recipes, there are tables and charts to make canning easier. I have made 2 of the recipes which i was very pleased with, the Beef Burgundy and the meat spaghetti sauce, both canned well and full of flavour. Highly recommend this book if you would like to be a little more adventurous and cook actual meals in jars as opposed to just ingredients. recipes include those above and everything from beans to curried chicken.
